DEPUTY FOR CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND LEGISLATION
Kayla Tilton serves as Deputy for Civic Engagement and Legislation. She leads the office’s policy and programmatic work on environment, energy, and transportation issues, and is also a member of the Civic Engagement and Communications teams. Kayla previously served as Assistant Deputy for Communications and Legislation for then-Supervisor Ridley-Thomas. Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention as well as a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Southern California, and was previously a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs.
