HOMELESS LIAISON SPECIALIST
Roger serves as the Homeless Liaison Specialist, working with the constituent services team to liaison with constituents, homeless service providers, and public agencies to help support the transition of unhoused individuals and families into interim and supportive housing. Prior to joining the 10th District team, Roger worked for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority and The People Concerned, providing direct outreach and case management to people experiencing homelessness, including on Skid Row.
